Mental Health Peer Support Drop-Ins

Next date: Friday 6th February from 10am until 12pm

A safe space open to all who may need support, advice, and community links to services including health & wellbeing, advocacy, housing, welfare, education & training, employment, activities & groups, addiction & recovery, mental health, and delivering peer-led initiatives within the Wolverhampton community.

Workshops are often themed with activities, and delivered by staff and volunteers working with SUIT, the Good Shepherd, One Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton City Council’s Department of Public Health, Rethink and the NHS

Date: First Friday of every month (6th February, 6th March, 10th April, 1st May).

Black Country 24/7 Urgent Mental Health Helpline

NHS 111 option 2 is the number to call for urgent mental health support in the UK. It's a dedicated service that provides access to mental health crisis support. By calling 111 and selecting option 2, you can speak with a trained mental health professional who can assess your needs and provide appropriate support, including self-care advice, signposting to other services, or referral to a crisis team.
